We hand-craft furniture on a customer request basis and require a 50% deposit before commencing construction. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, personal check, or cash. The approximate time to complete the order will be given at this time. The balance of payment is due upon completion of the project and prior to shipment/delivery.
You may also place your order in person. We welcome visitors to our new store at 61 East Main Street in historic downtown Lititz, PA.
If you have any special requirements or if you wish to commission a piece of furniture that does not appear in our catalog, please call us at 717-656-3799 to discuss your design specifications.
Shipping/Delivery
We personally hand-deliver using our truck whenever possible. For long-distance orders, our furniture is carefully crated, insured, and shipped by common carrier and delivered to your home or business. The price of shipping will be quoted at the time the order is placed. As the project is nearing completion, we will call to arrange a delivery time.
Our Guarantee
If any of our furniture fails in use during the lifetime of the original owner due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our expense.
Our furniture is handcrafted using traditional joinery methods, such as mortise-and-tenon joints and interlocking dovetail, which add both style and durability.
